They say life is experiences and there are no rights or wrongs in other words nothing is bad or good – It’s all just an experience that you and I can learn, grow and share from.
On saying that they are consequences to every action you take and those consequences are govern by Laws – Universal Laws.
The Laws are there to guide you as you explore and experience more of what life has to offer.
The challenge is that most people are not aware of what these Laws are and how to abide by them so that life is an effortless journey not one of struggles and heartaches
Let’s discuss a very important Law – It is called, ”The Law of Cause and Effect” denoted by this symbol C>E.
Your Universe operates in a precise and unique manner; it is able to do this because it is governed by, Universal Laws – And Cause & Effect is the main Law. The simple terminology means that for every action (cause) there is an equal and opposite reaction (effect). Meaning that as a result of doing x, y will occur.
In general terms our society tends to think of cause and effect as something outside their control. By this I mean something has happened to them, hence why they are the way they are. And I personally have fallen into this trapped many times in the past.
There is a big difference in saying: “The sunshine makes the flowers grow” Verses saying, “You made me mad.”
The first example explains the natural laws of cause and effect, which I believe to be an extremely complex relationship with nature…
While the latter example, explains the human thinking of cause and effect. They believe that someone or something outside themselves is responsible for their emotional state. The effect of thinking this way is to give that person or thing all their, God-given powers. This assumes they have power over you, which they clearly do not have.
The main reason why this is so important can not be overly emphasised – It is vital because it brings people back to the realisation that they are actually responsible and in charge of their own emotional state of being. This understanding puts them back at cause by shifting them from the effect state of being.
So, the next time you hear yourself saying, “He or She made me mad, pissed off or angry” ask yourself how specifically did they do that?
The truth of the matter is that no one has the ability or power to make you mad, pissed off or even angry – You do that all by yourself based on your own internal interpretation of his or her behaviour towards you.
Unconsciously you have setup rules or association to external triggers that when you are exposed to them by way of seeing it, hearing it or feeling it you react by getting mad, pissed off or angry. It could be the way someone looked at you or the way you interpreted their look towards you, the way someone spoke to you or how their tone of voice sounded or the way someone made you feel or how they touched you etc.…!
As human begins you have been endowed with the ability to think and this is your gift to act/impact upon the Universe and bring about the manifestation of your desires – And the results of this action and interaction is what is cause and effect; every thought is a cause, and every condition is an effect.
This is a very important Universal Law to understand and comprehend if one is to adopt the right way of thinking.
