Your internal state, feeling, mood or emotion, is directly linked to your internal processing, thinking strategies, and your external behaviour your body and the way in which you use your body i.e. posture.
It is said that at any given time or moment, your body reflects or expresses your emotional state. It has to it doesn’t know any other way to react.
This phenomenon can be clearly observed when someone is angry, happy, sad or fearful. Take the instance someone who is angry for example, his/her anger is a combination of
sensations, interpretations (values and beliefs they hold) and behaviour they display to express that anger.
Your daily emotions are directly linked to behaviours, eternal behaviours. Your emotions are also directly connected to physical sensations, as in you can describe your anger in detail. I am angry could be a tightening of the stomach muscles, which creates tension in your skin and an opening of the lungs.
Your emotions are directly linked to an interpretation, based on your values and beliefs, of your experience. For example: The physical sensations, described above, could be, perceived by others, as fear, nervousness or rage.
You experience daily a range of emotions both negative and positive, here are some the emotions you experience daily:
Love, joy, happiness, laughter, excitement, bliss, euphoria, confidence, strength, powerful, assertive, certainty, energised, relaxed, calm, patience, peacefulness, mindfulness, awareness, satisfaction, fairness, and uplifted, just to mention a few.
Anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame, conflict, regret, control, disgust, disappointment, hate, stress, revenge, bitterness, jealousy, envy, boredom, depression, anxiety, frustration, irritation and procrastination, just to mention a few.
A lot of research has been done on linking our emotions to overall well-being. If your daily vibrational energy is more positive than negative, then you say you are healthy but if your vibrational energy is more negative than positive then you say you are unhealthy or not feeling well.
Choose how you feel and how you react, choose health over misery and not feeling well.
